At Farasha Baby, your baby’s comfort and safety are our priority.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags and original packaging
- Exchanges are allowed for size or another item of equal or higher value.
Return & Refund Policy
- Returns and refunds are accepted within 24 hours of delivery only.
- Items must meet the same conditions (unused, unwashed, with tags).
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)
For hygiene and baby safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Underwear
- Socks
- Bodysuits
- Pajamas worn directly on skin
- Sale or promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged item or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos must be provided before removing tags.
- In such cases, replacement or refund will be handled at no extra cost.
Shipping
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return or exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is from our side.
